The book measures 21cm tall x 135mm and has 128 pages, 28 b/w photos, 2 sketches, 2 maps, glossary, index. Title says it all. Author was an accomplished polar aviator with more than 600 hours of piloting within the Arctic and Antarctic Circles. Includes chapter New Ice Age?.

CONDITION: original light blue cloth, black lettering front & spine. Slight fading spine cloth, otherwise FINE condition. Original dust jacket has wear at corners, 5mm chip upper rear, 2cm tear upper rear. The book is inscribed, signed & dated by the author on the blank FFEP. Price: SOLD.
